When choosing omega-3 supplements, it is not only the quantity of oil that matters, but the concentration of key fatty acids: eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic (DHA) acids. HealthyWorld softgels provide an exceptionally high concentration of both in every serving.
Each capsule contains 1000 mg of pure fish oil, providing 500 mg of EPA and 250 mg of DHA - the latter contributes to maintenance of normal brain function and the maintenance of normal vision (the beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of DHA).
