Recommended daily dose: 1 capsule. Take the whole capsule, with a sufficient amount of water, preferably with a main meal. The course with capsules should last 30 days, then make sure to take a break of at least 2–4 weeks. Drink at least 2 liters of water a day.
After a 30-day course, it is recommended to consume quality microbiological cultures for at least 2 weeks.
